Measured model and controls
Run, pause and probe two coherent waves while phase difference, amplitudes, component displacements and their resultant remain synchronized through the superposition model.

Interpretation
Move the probe to verify that superposition is local: the resultant displacement at each position is the instantaneous sum of both component waves. Run time to watch the pattern propagate, then change phase to move continuously from reinforcement toward cancellation.
